We recommend a minimum of three months using a CGM. Month one you continue as you normally would while tracking all your meals, stress, etc in the app. At the end of the month we will review your scores together and come up with a plan on how to help flatten your glucose curves. Month two you implement these changes and continue tracking. At the end of the month we will review and make any modifications as needed. Month three we apply everything and watch you thrive!
